I have been lifting for about 10 years now and have been to cool gyms all over the world. Southside is, without a doubt, one of my favorite gyms I have ever been to. The equipment is amazing, and the environment makes you want to lift heavy every time you’re there. I wish I could put this gym in my pocket and take it everywhere with me.

Hands down the best gym I've been a member of. Friendly and helpful team work there. Equipment is well maintained and regularly get new kit. Most of all other members are friendly and there's very little ego in the gym. Highly recommended.

Was here for a week pass while my PT was on holidays! Delighted I chose this place, The amount of equipment is amazing very spacious! People are kind and the chap at the front desk was very sweet and helpful for each interaction ! I loved that the women’s changing room was close to the front desk, it added a layer of safety:) Everything was as spotless as it could get with a gym! Will definitely be back in the future!

No matter what your level or the reason for joining a gym, you won’t find a better one than Southside. The owners are constantly upgrading and refining equipment to suit every possible strength sport, and for those who train just for themselves. There’s loads of PTs to cater for all demographics as well. Due to the amount and range of equipment you’ll never be waiting to train, even at rush hour times. Could never see myself training anywhere else.
