Keith began lifting for injury recovery and quickly discovered the power of fitness to improve mood, confidence and drive. Since then he has coached all kinds of clients to many different goals including fat loss, strength gain, muscle gain, rehab, general physical/mental health and more.
Keith has a compassionate, practical approach and particularly enjoys working with beginners, and those dealing with mental health issues. Keith was a long time member of Southside Gym, Sandyford before moving his personal training business here to offer his clients the most welcoming and positive atmosphere of any gym in Dublin.
